The Non-stop dogwear Pro program is an exclusive community for qualified dog professionals, and outdoor experts whose work depends on dogs. 


Members of the Program can gain access to professional-focused benefits, insights, and opportunities designed to support the important work you and your dog perform. Whether that’s saving lives, guiding individuals, advancing training, or exploring the wild.

As a Pro member, we want to reward both dogs and humans in achieving their goals. Therefore, once you have been accepted, you’ll receive access to a tiered savings on gear, quarterly newsletters with product news and pro-focused tips, and the chance to take part in our launch process through early testing and testimonials and much more.

Eligibility criteria

Membership to the Pro program is reserved for those where dogs play an important role in helping a human achieve their roles and duties. 

This includes:

  • Dog sport coaches, trainers, or training centers
  • Veterinarians, vet students, vet techs/nurses
  • Animal physiotherapists, chiropractor
  • Service/assistance/guide dog trainers and owners
  • Search & rescue dog handlers
  • Military veterans with working/service dogs
  • Outdoor / certified guides, instructors, or expedition leaders
  • Certified mountain, hiking, or ski guides
  • Dog walkers

However, this list is not exhaustive. If you are able to demonstrate that a dog is integral to you performing your job, please apply.

How do I get access to Non-stop dogwear's Pro program?

To gain access, you need to complete an application form that will ask you questions about both your profession and your dog. The application process will require proof of employment as part of the verification process.

What type of discount do you offer?

Discounts vary between individuals that apply and are subject to change. Don't worry though, we have ensured that the base level is rewarding.

Can I purchase products for other people using my discount code?

Purchases made with your unique Pro Program discount code are for individual use only. Purchasing items for others is strictly prohibited.

How long is my membership valid for?

Membership is valid for one year. However, we will inform you one month in advance of it expiring so that you can reapply. The reapplication process is quicker and easier.

Where can I redeem my discount?

Your unique discount code will only be valid on Non-stop dogwear homepage. It cannot be used in other online stores or through retail partners.

Are assistance dogs allowed to join?

We class assistance dogs, such as guide dogs and seizure detection dogs, as professionals. They play an important role in helping individuals which has required extensive training, therefore they should be rewarded for their efforts.
