Apply to our Pro Program by filling out the application.  

All applicants will be thoroughly reviewed by the Non-stop dogwear team. Once you submit your application, please allow for up to 30 days for a response.   

Please submit all required documents.

The required documents are:  

• Copies of any applicable certifications or other documentation.

• Pay stub showing full-time employment.
  

If we do not receive the proper credentials to support your application, you will not be approved.   

Please also remember to black out any sensitive information from the required documents. Membership is by application and is not guaranteed.   

You'll be asked to update us with your certifications and employment status on a yearly basis.
